Role : Pre-Sales Support
Experience : 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain all ongoing RFPs, assessments, and agreements, including tracking their respective
deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the IT, Infrastructure, and ISMS teams to address RFP and
assessment inquiries and gather necessary input.
Follow up with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs, evidence, and consolidate
Arrange & schedule meetings by confirming the availability of pertinent stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background,
coupled with excellent communication and writing skills.
Experience in a sales support role, particularly within the payroll or HR technology sector, is
advantageous.
Candidates should have the technical aptitude to understand IT solutions and offerings
Having multitasking abilities for efficiently handling multiple priorities and meeting
deadlines.
