Responsibilities:
· Take and relay messages promptly to the appropriate staff members.
· Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail efficiently.
· Ensure the safety and hygiene standards of the office area are upheld at all times.
· Manage office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture.
· Oversee office services such as cleaners and maintenance providers.
· Record and maintain office expenses accurately.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
