We are seeking a dynamic Sales Calling cum Customer Service Executive to join our travel and tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through phone calls and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote and sell travel packages and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information and assistance with travel arrangements.
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
Resolve customer issues and provide support throughout the travel process.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
