Job Summary: As an SEO Executive at HB Softweb, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance our online presence, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a thorough understanding of SEO best practices, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze and report on SEO performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
Implement off-page SEO tactics, such as backlink acquisition and influencer outreach.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation and publishing.
Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports, including key metrics and actionable insights.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the SEO landscape.
Manage and optimize local SEO efforts to improve search visibility in local markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven 1 year experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
