Daily Cycle count along with Production team.
Reconciliation of stock with SAP.
Monthly Stock audit along with Factory team. and correction in SAP after getting CAPA.
Prepare Variance report and escalate to Factory manager daily basis.
Prepare Daily efficiency and cost report, same to publish to drive improvement.
Mass balance report.
Data automation in the above process.
Making PR PO for indirect material. and follow-up if delay.
