Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior projects in Magarpatta, Pune. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all interior construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in supervising interior projects and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed according to design specifications and timelines.

- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all work meets company standards and client expectations.

- Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of interior projects.

- Site Management: Maintain an organized and safe work environment on-site, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

- Scheduling: Prepare and manage work schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, minimizing delays and cost overruns.

- Material Management: Oversee the delivery and use of materials, ensuring that they are used efficiently and within budget.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposing corrective actions.

- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients on-site to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in supervising interior construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial settings.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design plans

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations

Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project demands and work schedules.

- Travel: Willingness to travel to various project sites within Pune if required.
