Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, located in Gurugram. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day assistance to the sales team, managing customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the ophthalmic equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,378.66 - ₹28,998.82 per month
