*transforming architectural plans, drawing's and sketches into high quality 3D visualizations.
*Creating photo realistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces, including lighting, materials, and textures.
*Developing virtual walk throughs and fly through animations to showcase design concepts.
*Collaborating with project teams to understand design .
*requirements and project goals.
Incorporating feedback and revisions to refine visualizations and meet client expectations.
*Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance visualizations and workflows.
*Participating in design reviews and client presentations to communicate design intent effectively.
Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D visualizations and animations.

Requirements Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or a related field.
*Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or Archviz Artist.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
Strong rendering skills using rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion and others.
Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing renderings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
