Main Activities
- Regular one-on-one with all the employees of the unit to ensure the well-being
of the employees.
- Daily line wise visits enquiring the welfare of the workers and receiving
feedback and suggestions.
- Handling suggestions and grievance in unit daily through the help desk facility
and reporting the grievances to the HR Manager.
- To counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce
absenteeism & turnover.
- To make employees aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment
rules, terms &conditions.
- Monitor the worker's health and safety issues and take the necessary steps while it is required
- Conducting meetings of various committees such as Prevention of Sexual
Harassment Committee, Works committee, Canteen Committee, Health & Safety
Committee, etc. at regular intervals and prepare the minutes of meeting and
submit to Factory management and display in the notice board.
- Conduct investigations in the case of grievance among the employees and
submitting the report to the HR Manager.
- Closely monitor the cases of sexual abuse of female workers, if any issues arise
take immediate actions to resolve.
- Support the employees in their banking activities and coordinating with payroll
representatives.
- To counsel the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are logging
behind efficiency as referred by the factor's line management.
- To make employees aware on productivity consciousness and quality assurance improvement.
- Conduct Women Empowerment program and other initiatives for the all the
employees at the units.
- Ensure that engagement calendar is prepared monthly and follow up on the
activities and prepare report for the activities.
- Responsible for the activities related to canteen, crèche and medical services.
- To maintain corresponding data-Records/ Log/ Registers for different areas of
counseling as up to date and submit report to the HR Manager.
- Develop good practice on the production floor to ensure a better working place
Support all H.R Activities.
- Perform additional task assigned by Management.
