Tele-calling Executive
As a Tele-calling Executive, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell hotel rooms, packages, and services to potential guests over the phone. You will engage with prospective customers, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and convert inquiries into bookings while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Calls:
Handle inbound calls from potential guests, responding to inquiries about hotel services, availability, and pricing.
Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate bookings.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, room types, amenities, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Effectively communicate the value of the hotel's offerings to potential guests.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Address customer queries and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
Reservation Management:
Accurately record booking details, process reservations, and confirm guest information.
Ensure all reservations are handled efficiently and accurately.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the corporate office.
Implement strategies to maximize room bookings and revenue.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls with potential guests to secure reservations.
Provide excellent post-booking customer service.
Data Management:
Prepare timely reports, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team performance.
Maintain an organized database of potential leads and customer interactions for future reference.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Relevant experience in hotel reservations, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and CRM systems.
Sales-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed reservation targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
