Area Sales Officer

The Area Sales Officer (ASO) plays a vital role in driving our agency channel sales growth.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance agencies within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents within your territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for new business and policy renewals.
• Conduct regular sales presentations and product training sessions for agents.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to agents to help them improve their sales performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agencies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all company sales practices and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
