The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient office functionality. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of professionalism.
The Person who have knowledge in photoshop & Designing is added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
