Welcome visitors/guests visiting MHQ and facilitate excellent services to them in a friendly and professional way.
· Guide the visitors to the respective department after confirmation of their appointment with the department.
Issue access cards to the visitors for entry to the respective departments, ensure that they leave after meeting their purpose after the submission of access card at the Front Office.
Update and maintain visitor data in the Visitor Management Software and Visitor’s log.
Telephone operations – attend calls, make calls, transfer calls, pass messages to the respective person in a professional manner.
Maintain log book of calls, telephone bills, courier, vehicle and movement registers.
· Provide Wi-Fi password to the guests and inmates upon the instructions from the Management.
· Coordinate seating arrangements in the reception/waiting room in case of interviews, by cross checking the occupancy at HR reception.
