Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
2. Developing strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic/leads.
3. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
4. Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
5. Design, build and maintain the social media presence for the assigned client.
6. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
8. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
9. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
10. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
13. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements and skills
1. Experience - 5 years experience
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
5. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
7. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Meta campaigns.
8. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
9. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
