Role: Wellbeing & LifeConnections
What You'll Do
The resource will be responsible for LifeConnections operations, well-being data assessment, development, implementation, and management of well-being programs that support the mental, physical, social and financial well-being of employees across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China regions (APJC).
Who You'll Work With
The resource will work closely with LifeConnections staff, regional well-being consultants and specialists, internal well-being resources, and external vendors to create a culture of well-being that aligns with the company's values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by taking a direct and personal hands-on approach, as well as by developing a culture of customer service amongst the staff.
- Ensure quality control on all aspects of customer service by direct personal supervision of these services.
- Address employee concerns to relevant authorities, work with respective stakeholders to promote and improve easy access to benefit services.
2. Financial management, Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Review and analyze financial revenue and expenditure in accordance with budget predictions and initiate appropriate actions to remedy areas of concern.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of well-being programs through surveys, focus groups, and data analytics.
- Provide regular reports on participation rates, employee feedback, and ROI of well-being initiatives.
- Use data to continuously improve and adapt well-being offerings.
3. Program Development and Implementation:
- Partner with regional consultant on well-being Design and implement well-being initiatives tailored to the diverse needs of the APJC workforce.
- Collaborate with local benefits specialist to ensure programs are culturally relevant and accessible.
- Integrate well-being into all aspects of the employee experience, from onboarding to development and retention.
4. Engagement and Promotion:
- Partner with Regional Benefits Consultants to develop communication strategies to promote well-being programs and resources.
- Support to organize well-being events, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
5. Partnership and Collaboration:
- Partner with external vendors and wellness experts to provide a variety of well-being services.
- Work with internal Benefits Consultants and ERO resources to align well-being initiatives with business goals and employee needs.
Who You Are:
- Ability to work independently and as part of regional team.
- Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.
- Strong understanding of the cultural nuances within the APJC region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in implementing well-being programs.
- 1-3 years Healthcare, HR operation or vendor management experience.

-Experience and expertize in data collection, analytics, reporting & insights to support outcomes and success measures.
Evaluation Metrics:
- SOP’s and daily operating and internal procedures.
- Employee participation rates in well-being programs.
- Employee satisfaction and feedback on well-being initiatives.
- Impact on employee health outcomes, absenteeism, and productivity.
- Alignment of well-being programs with overall business objectives.
