Recruiter

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for non-IT positions, utilizing job portals, social media, and other relevant sources
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
• Make hiring recommendations to the Hiring Manager
• Manage and maintain candidate relationships
• Develop and implement non-IT recruitment strategies, including leveraging job portals and social media
• Track and report on recruitment metrics
• Stay up-to-date on non-IT industry trends and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
