Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter (Non-IT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Recruiter to join our team in a non-IT industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring talented professionals to fill open positions in various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions
- Manage job postings, applications, and candidate flow
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources in a non-IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Nice to Have:
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Knowledge of talent management and development
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI)
