Proven qualification working in a similar role
Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus)
Knowledge and Skills Needed
Should know sales terms (e.g. Churn rate, Sales script, and Soft sell)
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
Openness to understand the features, specifications, and performance benchmarks of various hardware components and systems.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Strong interpersonal skills to understand and build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities
Answer questions about products or the company
Answer questions or complaints from customers.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Collate lists of any frequent complaints or questions from customers and pass these along to the relevant departments
Work with other teams to stay up to date on new features of our products
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
Take part in monthly sales meetings
Follow up with customers about their order status.
