Position: Export Coordinator
Location: Corporate Office, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Reporting to: Director – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Shipping Agency Correspondence:
Independently manage communications with customers, prospects, and shipping agencies.
Quotation and Documentation Management:
Prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
Handle all export documentation and bank formalities.
Ensure thorough follow-up throughout the export process and generate necessary reports.
Operational Coordination:
Facilitate dynamic coordination and liaison with plants, shipping agencies, and customers.
Ensure smooth operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
E-commerce Assignments:
Undertake e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and other Directors.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of pre and post-shipment documentation.
In-depth understanding of export documentation processes.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in export coordination and documentation.
Ability to manage independent correspondence with various stakeholders.
Readiness to travel internationally for business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,674.60 - ₹35,156.63 per month
