JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for conducting and carry out the microbiological test of the raw milk, packing materials, and finished product.
• Maintaining and reviewing all the necessary records related to FSSAI systems.
• Should be responsible to handle the team of assistant lab chemist.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
• Knowledge of Milk & Milk products is must (Fresh & Ambient)

We are looking for a Chemist - Quality, for manufacturing of multi dairy products, having good practical & technical knowledge of products & systems and can independently handle the job role. Candidate good knowledge, experience and keen to learn & apply new things will be preferred.
