Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC Expert with a strong background in SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, analytical, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (1-3 years) managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a track record of driving results and achieving ROI targets.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and insights to stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful PPC strategies, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
In-depth understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) principles and best practices.
Experience with bid management tools, analytics platforms, and ad tracking systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to integrate PPC and SEO strategies and maximize results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance, including ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and performance improvements.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
Stay abreast of changes in the digital landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in PPC expertise.
