Education:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and internal departments. This role involves meticulous handling of documentation, including e-way bills, goods receipt notes (GRN), and dispatch records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in logistics, documentation, and dispatch operations.
Dispatch Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods and materials in accordance with customer orders and internal requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to customers and other company locations.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics service providers to arrange for efficient transportation of goods.
Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation related to dispatch, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and shipping documents.
- Generate and manage e-way bills in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of goods receipt notes (GRN).
Inventory and Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of products for dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, including those related to e-way bills and transportation.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch schedules, delivery statuses, and any issues related to the dispatch process.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BA/BSC/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in handling documentation, e-way bills, GRN, and dispatch operations.
