HRBP

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

● Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.

● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ● Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR software.

● Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
