To also achieve targeted no’s for advisory products and advance/stroke prepaid brokerage
Responsible for Activating and up scaling the POS/Br.
Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS for both individually and team
Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees
Supporting the channel partner and team members on joint calls as per requirement To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency
Recruiting of team member and arresting the attrition Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with team members and channel partner
