Serves as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
Should log incidents and categorize and prioritize them according to the established standards and procedures.
Should proactively identify and escalate repeat issues or service risks to service management teams.
Will manage scheduled tasks to ensure customers’ systems remain operational.
Act as a main point of contact for monitoring communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed about developments, releases, and issues.
Should have an analytical and process-oriented mindset while approaching problems.
Will monitor server, validating alerts from monitoring dashboards, and share server health check reports as part of daily routine.
Will handle ticketing tools and monitor dashboards.
Analyse customer issues and details to determine the best solutions promptly.
In addition, it would be an added advantage, if the candidate possesses knowledge and certification on Basic Networking and CCNA concepts.
