Serves as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
  • Should log incidents and categorize and prioritize them according to the established standards and procedures.

  • Should proactively identify and escalate repeat issues or service risks to service management teams.

  • Will manage scheduled tasks to ensure customers’ systems remain operational.

  • Act as a main point of contact for monitoring communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed about developments, releases, and issues.

  • Should have an analytical and process-oriented mindset while approaching problems.

  • Will monitor server, validating alerts from monitoring dashboards, and share server health check reports as part of daily routine.

  • Will handle ticketing tools and monitor dashboards.

  • Analyse customer issues and details to determine the best solutions promptly.


  • In addition, it would be an added advantage, if the candidate possesses knowledge and certification on Basic Networking and CCNA concepts.
