Production Supervisor

Overview: Supervise and coordinate tobacco production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead a team in achieving production targets while maintaining high product standards.

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of production workers engaged in tobacco processing.
• Provide guidance, instruction, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.
• Implement measures to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced production environment with exposure to tobacco dust and related manufacturing processes.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
