Role

  • Respond to customer emails, social media messages, and WhatsApp.
  • Call customers to verify high-risk COD orders, and assist with stuck shipments.
  • Coordinate customer exchanges and returns with the logistics team.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Applicant must be able to actively listen to customers and respond in a thoughtful manner.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
