Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Compensation:
- We offer be performance-based with a payout structure tied to achieving predefined sales targets, including bonuses and incentives based on sales performance.
