Job Description:

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong client handling skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional staffing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Candidate Sourcing and Screening:**

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified IT professionals.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, and building strong partnerships.

- Consult with clients to understand job specifications, clarify expectations, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

- Manage client feedback effectively, address concerns, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

3. **Recruitment Process Management:**

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and negotiate offers in collaboration with clients and candidates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

4. **Candidate and Client Engagement:**

- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide a positive experience and keep them informed about their application status.

- Organize client meetings, presentations, and participate in recruitment events to strengthen client relationships and promote employer branding.

5. **Market Research and Analysis:**

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

- Analyze recruitment metrics, track performance, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on domestic hiring, ideally within the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

- Excellent client management skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.

- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
