ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTY
1. Financial Record-Keeping and Reporting:
· Maintaining Books: Recording day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, Sales return, debit note or credit note, receipts, and payments.
- Ledger Maintenance: Updating general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Processing Invoices: Managing incoming and outgoing invoices, verifying accuracy, and processing payments.
- Collections: Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers for timely payments.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Monthly Reports: Preparing financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Budgeting: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against budgeted targets.
5. Auditing and Compliance:
- Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Audit Support: Assisting auditors during annual audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Financial Analysis:
- Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Forecasting: Assisting in financial forecasting and planning activities.
7. Taxation:
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations like GST, TDS & income tax etc
- Tax Planning: Assisting with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
