About the Role
As an IT Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for our IT positions, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and present the best possible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand IT job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person or video interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience, keeping them informed throughout the interview process.
- Prepare and present compelling offers to top candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and employer brand.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent.
- Strong understanding of the IT job market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new technologies.
Bonus Points
- Experience recruiting for developer roles.
- Strong understanding of IT Industry
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
