Junior CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• To solve queries regarding the products through teletalk and convert them into buyers.
• Inform customers about product & services.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• To get in touch with the customer for the feedback .
• Support the team in creating reports and analyzing data.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Very good spoken/written ENGLISH, confident with customer facing roles
• Basic knowledge of computers (excel/ google sheets).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
