Looking for Recruitment Executive for Front Line Bulk Hiring in BPO

Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar - WFO Only

Job Type: BPO & Call Center (Non-Technical) Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
• Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches.

Requirements and skills:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO or Call Center hiring
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of candidate's selection methods
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field

Immediate Joiners would be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
