Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security with hands-on experience in various domains of cyber security such as network security, application security, cryptography, ethical hacking, incident response, and risk management. As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cyber security training curriculum based on industry standards and best practices.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal staff and external clients.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cyber security and incorporate them into training materials.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers in cyber security.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the development of new training materials and methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering cyber security training programs.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with a variety of training delivery methods, including classroom-based instruction, online courses, and hands-on workshops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
