Job Opportunity: Sales Representative (Healthcare and Pharma)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This role offers the opportunity to excel in creating and closing new opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by employing a consultative approach to selling.

Business Development: Successfully create business opportunities from both new leads and existing customer accounts.

Negotiation: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to secure profitable deals.

Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to effectively utilize them to manage customer accounts and sales processes.

Track Record: Demonstrable track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
