Roles and Responsibilities

• Job queue monitoring and management
• Job review and estimation skills of presentations and creative requests
• Job allocation to processing members - Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT)
• Should have prior experience in data entry on excel, performance monitoring and feedback to be provided to the managers

• Proficient in Email and Microsoft Excel skills
• Team player and good interpersonal skills Strong organizing skills with good ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately on time good command over English language - spoken and written
