Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer for Equity market and Investment Products at TR Capital.
The Trainer will be responsible for:
(1) Complete In-depth training of new recruits about products, sales skills and behavioral skills.
(2) Regular small refresher trainings of existing team.
(3) Regular training of full team for new products.

(4) Auditing call recordings of team and suggesting best practices and improvements in calls.

(5) Training of customers for share trading and investment products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience of as Equity Advisor, Dealer, sales of investment products like Mutual Funds and Insurance.
• Knowledge of Future and Options.
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Certifications such as NISM.

CTC

Rs 3,60,000 per annum plus incentives.

Negotiable as per experience and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
