Job Title: HRBP -Talent Management

Shift: 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM

Work mode- Work from Office only (Mon to Fri)

Work location- AMR Tech Park, Hosur Road, Bengaluru

Talent Management HRBP JD -

• Engage with Key Stakeholders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.
• Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
• Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level.
• Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region.
• Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
• Understand & analyze employee specific issues & plan interventions in the assigned span.
• Exposure into Employee Relations & Grievance Management.
• HR induction for new joiners, employee engagement and exit management.
• Experience in Excel, PPT and other MS Office tools and Data Maintenance & Management
• Proactive and excellent in communication
