Job Description:
WePix Digital Media is seeking a driven and data-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth for our clients by setting up, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and other social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and other social media, ensuring they meet performance KPIs.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that campaigns align with their business goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and market trends.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
