NetIQ IDM/IDAM SME

5 years of hands on experience in complex Large scale NetIQ eDirectory/LDAP directory / Active Directory environment.
Strong experience in the Architecture, Design and upgrade/maintenance enterprise eDirectory environment.
Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solution.
Excellent LDAP skills and knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and search issues.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
individual will support the existing IDM infrastructure and implement the necessary system updates as connected systems change.
IDM maintenance including driver health, LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, incident response, system support, updates, patches, modifications, new connectors, disaster recovery testing, workflow, report writing, monitoring, log management, and support for environment and employee changes.
Ability to work across platforms and with various support teams.
Ability to troubleshoot Sudo, Edir, Password Sync and other critical issues.
