Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up on inbound leads.
Sales Promotion: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, persuading them to make a purchase.
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
Data Management: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Market Research: Gather and report on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to previous contacts, resolve any issues, and nurture customer relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
