As a Digital Marketing Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our digital marketing courses, understanding their career aspirations, and advising them on how our programs can help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Student Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding our digital marketing courses, curriculum, certification programs, and career opportunities.
Consultation: Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their backgrounds, career objectives, and learning preferences.
Course Recommendations: Recommend appropriate digital marketing courses and certification programs based on the individual needs and goals of each student.
Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate information about course content, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures to prospective students.
Conversion: Assist in converting inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses and addressing any concerns or objections.
Follow-up: Follow up with prospective students via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to provide additional information and support throughout the enrollment process.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with students to foster trust and loyalty towards Micros Digital.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide informed guidance to students.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract prospective students.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from enrolled students to continuously improve our courses and services.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education or training sector.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with students, and address their concerns effectively.
