Receiver
034Motorsport makes beautiful high-performance parts for Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. We are a company made up of automotive enthusiasts dedicated to delighting our customers with excessive levels of speed and handling through innovative performance products and exceptional application expertise. We are currently seeking a Receiver to complement our team and add to the level of enthusiasm, expertise, and performance of our Manufacturing Department.
We are looking for a team-player type that is self-driven, professional, enthusiastic, and analytical to fill this role. We want someone with high energy and drive that will keep up with the material demands of our production team as well as support the rest of the business with the supplies needed to perform at a high level every day. A receiver at 034Motorsport has the responsibility of receiving products, raw materials, and supplies for the entire organization. The Receiving Department works closely with all operations teams of 034Motorsport including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Shipping.
Job Duties:
- Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
- Receiving large quantities of material daily into an ERP system
- Verifying parts against provided documents for quality control
- Working efficiently throughout the day
- Warehouse and inventory organization
- Facilitating all incoming packages
- Receive parts in a timely manner and learn to prioritize based on the company's needs
- Coordinating with other departments to prioritize workflow based on the company's needs
Requirements:
- At least one-year experience in a similar role in Shipping/Receiving
- Prior use of an MRP or ERP software, (Sage 100)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google sheets
- Prior experience with a detailed Quality Control process
- Prior experience with part receiving and inventory restocking
- Ability to lift approximately 50lbs and stand for a good portion of the day
- Automotive aftermarket or OEM parts knowledge is a plus
