Job Description:
1 1 Cares is an expanding premium service platform that connects families with qualified caregivers. We are looking for an Advisor to join our team-oriented family. As the face of 1 1 Cares, an Advisor connects with clients/families to help them through the process of finding a caregiver match. Job Duties:
Receive intake calls to help callers/leads help them through the process
Conduct sales meeting (in-person or virtually) with families in facilities and client homes to do initial client interviews to see if our agency is the right fit for them; Sets realistic expectations with clients regarding care
Responsible for maintaining contact with the client to be sure all paperwork is completed correctly and promptly
Develop new strategies to win over clients.
Helps improve the process in which client meetings are performed
Maintains a list and stays in contact with all potential prospects/leads
Follow up with referral sources to provide updates on their referred clients
Maintain rapport with new and existing accounts to support the Community Relations Director in the senior community. Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Marketing data and trends
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development
Attend networking and marketing events to support the Community Relations Director when needed/required
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
Help support Community Relations Director with Marketing activities
Requirements:
1 year of direct marketing experience in the Bay area. We love to hear about our team’s challenges and success stories.
Strong contacts with referring Case Managers from Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Senior, and Community centers. We would love to add your book of business to our library.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated to join the adventure with our 1 1 family
Outstanding people skills who stick to people at the very first meeting
Strong skills and experience using Google Suite. We love working smart, efficiently, and with balance!

Salary : $42,900 - $54,300
