In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, innovating our sales processes and policies, measuring performance of the sales force and ensuring policies are being followed. It will also be critical for you to drive new revenue-generating activities.

This role will be crucial in driving revenue and business initiatives. 

What does the job entail?

  • Managing Sales Operations Team
  • Support SVP of Sales 
  • Collaborate with SVP of sales on sales strategy 
  • Developing and improving sales process and policies
  • Manage documentation of all sales processes and flows 
  • Identify efficiencies to drive sales performance
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance reports to identify performance issues 
  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues to reach short- and long-term performance goals while fostering a working environment of urgency, integrity and trust.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support a consistent and accurate forecasting process
  • leveraging data and analyses to generate business insights, develop go-to-market strategies, and scale the business
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Identifies and resolves operational issues within the sales department
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and align monthly reporting, other ad-hoc reporting and to support other needs of the business. (sales and marketing ) 
  • Oversee the Sales Funnel and Manage CRM data
  • Perform sales forecasting and reporting
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process
  • Own and optimize quota/goal setting process and reward structure in partnership with Sales and Finance leadership

Necessary skills

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Management
  • Proven record of defining and tracking the KPI’s for sales organizations.
  • Project management skills 
  • Experience in onboarding new partners 
  • Demonstrated operational proficiencies
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports
  • Tech-savvy, salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to recognize evolving trends and offer guidance related to their potential impact and solutions for seizing the opportunities
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships, and influential leadership to affect change across groups outside of their direct function
  • Great liaison with all other department members (marketing, finance, and operations)
  • Bachelors’ degree in business or finance
