Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the daily operations of our junk removal trucks. You will communicate with our customers and Truck Team Members to ensure a smooth and efficient service. You will also have the opportunity to work on the trucks as needed, loading and hauling away unwanted items from homes and businesses.

This role will spend on average 2 days out on the road in our Shiny Blue Trucks and 3 days in the office running routes (This role required Full-time hours).

To be successful in this role, you will need:
 

• Previous management or dispatch experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• A clean, valid driver’s license for 3 years, must be 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)

• Experience working with customers

• A friendly and professional demeanor (strong phone presence)

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

• A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends

• A physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

• To be a fierce competitor, this is a sales-based position, you need to want to be the best Resolve, this position can be stressful, you need to be strong-willed to push through the tough times.
