1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Jr. Operations Administrator for our Charlotte, NC franchise. The Jr. Operations Administrator is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive results. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, and is willing to take action on challenging tasks. Responsible for leveraging superior organization and time management skills to facilitate and support the businesses’ administrative tasks. The Jr. Operations Administrator is passionate about “Process and People” and helps to set an upbeat tone for each work day, influencing positive growth and company culture for all employees within the franchise.
Full Time: 40- 50 hour work weeks. Availability to work every other weekend is required
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (Based on experience) a performance based bonus.
Job Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator works alongside the Operations team to run a successful daily operation with a heavy focus on Route Reconciliation and other business administrative duties.
- Reconciliation of end of day route journals (COGs, Dumps, Gas receipts, timesheets, Revenue, etc)
- Cash, check, credit card batching
- Data Entry of business reporting (multiple reports)
- Send end-of-day summary to leadership
- Dispatching routes, as needed
- Opening / Closing the office, depending on scheduling for Gantt Mgmt
- New hire onboarding paperwork and New Hire Orientation
- Responsible for conducting all Welcome Calls (service confirmations) as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Strong computer skills (Gmail, Google Sheets, Navigating tech software) is a must
- Working experience with Google Sheets and formula building experience
- Very detail-oriented, specifically with data entry
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- An upbeat and positive attitude and time management skills
- Confidence giving direction to Truck Team Members in a professional manner
- Flexibility to work every other weekend shift
- From time to time may be required to jump in a tuck to run a route
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
