What We Offer :

Please note, we require all employees to work one weekend day per week
Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)

Hourly Rate : $16.00 / hour Performance Bonus Tips
Total Average Earnings : $18-$20 an hour on average

A Typical Day :
DRIVING : You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations
LIFTING & LOADING : remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck
CUSTOMER SERVICE : Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.
RECYCLING & DONATION : Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations.
We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
TIME MANAGEMENT : Our business model aids in building your time-management skills, you manage your day like you are running your own business!
What you bring to the company :
- You are 21 years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
- Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
- Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Records Check will be ran on past 5 years).
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
