Lead Water Damage Technician

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Help develop team members to be better restorers.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability. 
• Scope losses, direct crews and handle documentation for multiple losses
• Effectively manage/handle the insurance claim process from site inspection to when it gets sent for billing
• Willingness to adapt and grow with the company and the needs of the company
• Lead/motivate crews during storms and influx of jobs

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
• Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. 
• Must have 2 years minimum of emergency property restoration experience
• IICRC certification preferred, not required
• Job management experience preferred, not required
• Experience in job scoping and evaluation
• TPA experience preferred, not required
• Must be able to articulate the job process with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other customers we may run into.
• Just be willing to also do the work on each job.
