Department/Unit: HBD - Neurology Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Responsible for overseeing daily operations of busy Neurology clinic, ensuring strict adherence to Albany Med policies and procedures. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on leadership for all aspects of patient relations and employee relations within a faculty medical practice setting. • Ensure smooth operation of the practice including ensuring adequate and appropriate staff coverage, problem solving, management of facilities maintenance and custodial operations • Work efficiently and effectively to help progress the practice mission of high-quality provision of care for patients. • Provide support to staff members during operational hours Requirements: All candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID to be considered.
